About Sponsoring a Hole:
• Laminated 8.5×11 sign with your logo will be provided and will mark your hole
• Table is provided for decorating (chairs not included)
• Merchandise displays of all sizes are permitted (for Tiers 1-3 ONLY); however, there are limited spaces available
for oversized merchandise (ATVs, Cars, Boats, Furniture, Hot Tubs, Pianos, etc.)
Please inform us immediately if you intend to bring oversized merchandise
• Sponsors with oversized merchandise should arrive no later than 7:30 am to be directed to their hole
• Promotional banners, canopies or tents, and other items are recommended
• Free giveaway items such as mini water bottles, Gatorades, or snacks are encouraged
• Prizes and/or raffle items are encouraged – THINK CARNIVAL!
• Drawings for these items will be held at lunch before other prizes are announced
